What's the difference between your five packages?
One code-only, two builds, and two managed tiers. The Source ($699) — we just write the code and hand you the files. The Handoff ($999) — we build your whole site, put it live, and hand you the keys; you own and run it, no monthly fee. The Keep ($999 build + $149/mo) — we build the same site, then host, secure, and maintain it for you each month. The Operation ($1,499 build + $249/mo) — everything in The Keep, plus one-time setup of your Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and full web management. The Command Center ($1,199/mo) — everything in The Operation, plus we run your marketing: monthly on-site photo and video shoots, social posts, and marketing materials.
Which one is right for me?
Just need code? The Source. Want a real site once and you're fine running it yourself? The Handoff. Want the site built and kept running for you? The Keep. Want your whole online presence set up and your website fully managed? The Operation. Want us to run your marketing too — posts, on-site content shoots, the works? The Command Center. Not sure? Tell us what you're after and we'll point you the right way.
What is The Command Center?
Our full-autopilot tier, $1,199/mo. You get everything in The Operation, and then we run your local marketing for you: we travel to your jobsites each month to shoot professional photos and video of your crew and projects, publish 8 curated social posts, produce custom marketing materials (flyers, local ads, graphics), and give you priority 1-hour emergency support. You run your crew; we run your entire internet presence.
Why is it so much cheaper than a web agency?
We're a lean Atlanta shop, not a big agency with account managers and overhead. You get the same custom, hand-coded quality without paying for their offices and layers of staff. Flat pricing, no padded hours, no surprise upsells — just a great website for a fair price.
Do I own the website and everything on it?
Yes. Always. With The Handoff you own the domain, hosting, code, and each word and photo outright. With The Operation you still own all of it — we just hold the keys and run it while you're with us. With The Source the code is yours to host, sell, or change. If we ever part ways, you keep it all and we hand you a clean exit note.
After The Handoff, am I on my own?
The site is yours to run, and there's no monthly fee — that's the whole point. If something comes up later, you can hire us by the hour for a fix, or move up to The Operation any time and we'll take it all back over for you.
What does management cover in The Operation?
Web management. We host your site and keep it safe — strong security, daily backups, and monitoring — and we make your fixes, updates, and text or photo swaps each month, all for $249/mo. We also do the one-time setup of your Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Ongoing social posting and content is not part of The Operation — that's The Command Center. You send a note; we handle the site.
What can you build with The Source?
A website, a web app, or a small program or tool. You tell us what it needs to do; we write clean code and hand you the files with a short walkthrough. Bigger apps get their own quote first, so you always know the cost before we start.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
With The Handoff and The Operation we buy and set up your domain and hosting as part of the build. With The Handoff, the small yearly domain and hosting bills (about $20–40 a month) are then yours, in your name. With The Operation, hosting is part of your monthly fee. Either way, we tell you every cost before we spend a cent.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The Operation is month-to-month — tell us 30 days ahead if you want to stop or pause. The Handoff and The Source are one-time: you pay for the build and you're done.
Do you work with businesses outside Atlanta?
Yes. We're based in Atlanta and love working with local shops, but everything we do works remotely — so we build for small businesses anywhere in the US.
